In our Pre-K 4 classroom the children continue to be introduced to an exploratory learning environment where they are able to expand on their already acquired skills of independence, communication and self-regulation. 

In this classroom, they are introduced to pre-kindergarten skills including, but not limited to, phonics, sight word practice, rhyming words, name practice and more. The curriculum in this classroom focuses on preparing the children for a similar curriculum present in the school system.

The children also continue to work on and build up their social-emotional skills acquired in previous classrooms. With the guidance of staff, the children are encouraged to use critical thinking to resolve problems that may arise in the classroom.
